Our Grandson, Wyls, whom you have met advises to get 2 reefing points as
well as grommets?ties in the mid part of the sail to hold the sail in place
while reefed. Not sure I fully understand but we respect his opinions and
will follow his advise.. He attened/graduated from the Colgate off-Shore
school and the instructor said he knows what he is talking about.
RE: A/C summers on the chesapeake are HOTTTT, not like Lake Mich where we
used to sail our Hobie Cat (pre grandchildren). Also like your idea of a
micowave especially now that rather small, cheap ones are available.
We expect ours will be ready for pickup latter part of May at Stuart. I
have contacted Triad for a trailer to hold the Monster, Michael said he
would advise. She will be "BULLDOG II" and we are going to FL for her
Christening.
Also going to hqve Stan (GBI) do somme things as well ie. bottom paint,
replace winches and ????etc.
Russ
