[Rhodes22-list] Calling all creative people

Gil, what is the water bolloon toss?  I am trying to commodere a "winger" so 
we can shoot water balloons at the power boaters that go by.  Is that what 
you were thinking?  Beer GOOD IDEA, Why didn't I think of that, and the
