[Rhodes22-list] Anchor rode storage

I've always kept my line and chain in a bucket in the Laz'.  I can hold the
anchor and handle of the bucket in one hand leaving the other free to swing
apelike to the front of the boat.  My new (83) Rhodes has the anchor package
and I use it occasionally but more often use the bucket.
