Lou,

	I recall a similar discussion a few years ago.  The long and short
of the situation is that it can be repaired.  
	Also, I believe Fred from up the Hudson River from had some sort
center board problem, and I believe his boat is still sailing.
	Just a challenge, which I expect you will handle adroitly and be
sailing on schedule.
