I am selling a 1982 Rhodes 22 in excellent condition, ready to sale, I am selling because I am going into a bigger boat.   Originally purchased from Brad Haslett in June of 2003. This boat is loaded:

I have put a lot of work into this boat, it has been daysailed 2-3 times a month in saltwater, and an overnight trip to Elliot key in Biscayne Bay with 2 adults, 3 kids (8, 10, and 12 years old) and 2 small dogs without a problem.
