Rummy,

Not sure I agree with you. Jackson/Timberlake will probably be selling CDs/
videos, etc. for months over this.....Millions of them. I think they expected 
to be in deep shit over this and added up the costs (fines, whatever) and 
figured they'd still knock down a cool few million.

All this uproar over this is exactly what they wanted. If the Gov't was smart, 
the fine would be a LARGE percentage of the profits of future sales, not a 
flat sum.
