[Rhodes22-list] Russ moving on the Seaward 32

We're dropping the trailerable idea once we go past the 26, its not even
logical anymore. The Yukon won't do it, don't want to deal with the permits,
ramps might not accomodate, etc. and just a big PITA losing the KISS rules.
