Mike - couldn't let that go by without a response:

Hey, hey!  The Seagull is a damn fine engine - a 
little noisy, smokey, and hard to get parts for now, 
but a nevertheless a venerable marque which deserves 
great respect for its lengthy service to sailors
everywhere.

And what's wrong with cheap - the BS is easy to fix - 
just go to your local lawn mower shop!
