Keith, good tread, Maby others will add to the list and we can a good 
guildlines for new owners and veterans who like lists.  (incomplete list - 
gotta go work though - hopefully someone will have more time)

US Coast Gaurd Required equipment





Rigging:
plyers
flat head screw driver
small Phillips head (or some kind of punch)
Snips to cut the locking pin (bigger ones which could cut the stays would be 
better)
rigging tape
Loo's gauge (optional but nice if you are de/re rigging a lot)

Hardware
Adjustable open ended wrench
Large phillips head screw driver
