Hi Doug,
I built a 30' X 60' pole barn a few years back. I put in 9' wide X
10' high overhead doors on each end. Sounds like plenty of room, right?
WRONG! With an 8' beam, it only gives me an extra 6" on each side to
squeeze the boat in. The furling drum, laying on the bow pulpit bumps
the rubber of the open overhead door on top. Make sure you put in bigger
doors than I did.
