Did the Bulldog Manual say it was amphibious by mistake?

Otherwise I wonder how many months of pay will be deducted from whoever was
responsible?  Lets see $4 million divided by $800/month = 5000 months or
somewhere around 416 years?

 That's almost as long as it takes for a returning Vet to get into a Vets
hospital thanks to the wonderful budget cuts made in the VA budget so that
we can give more tax breaks to multi millionaires who didn't serve in the
military.
