[Rhodes22-list] bilge pump

Rick and Rhodies,

When I ordered my "almost new" (aka recycled) Rhodes this year, I specified
a bilge pump. Much to my surprise, Stan told me that I was wasting my money
and should save it for something useful as the bilge pump would not be
useful.  

I reluctantly agreed with Stan, but harbored some secret misgivings.  It has
been reasurring to read the replies from all the satisfied Rhodies with dry
bilges.
