 the seat drains on my 73 are piped out individualy to through holes near the 
ruder.  The cockpit drains are also piped out individualy to scuppers.  The 
starboard one also accepts the cabin bildgepump and sink drain wich tie in 
under seat in the cockpit. If all plumbing is intact I believe no water should 
enter the boat with the exception of a little backwash through scuppers but 
should empty out quickly depending on the motion of the boat.
