Guys and girls, does anyone really want to give up the list's natural
national treasure: Michael Meltzer -  to say nothing of the other beautiful
former Rhodies.  Isn't one of the by-laws (written by Michael) that once a
Rhodie, always a Rhodie.

stan and elton who, under the fair disclosure act, admit to owning a Seaward
(until someone buys it)
