[Rhodes22-list] Moved the boat

the TVA does lower the lake.
There is supposed be new guide lines this year to keep the lake higher (1045 vs 1030) in the winter and keep it at max pool (1073) longer during the summer. See what happens.

Welcome to TN. I live in Knoxville and slip my R22 at Watts Bar Lake TN. I 
have never sailed on Cherokee so can't comment. i have heard there is not 
much water in the lake during the winter months.
