Rummy,
I'm not sure but I suspect it's not much different than a white one would be - it is faded and not quite as dark a blue as it looks in the picture. We tend to wear shoes when we're sailing or around the wooden docks so for us it would only be an issue at anchor and then we have the bimini up. It does look good with the blue cockpit cushions and the navy trim on the canvas.
