[Rhodes22-list] Urgent Assistance Needed

Does anyone have a good method of removing the centerboard cap without damaging the gasket.  I have pulled out all the screws but the cap is not coming off the centerboard well.  I have worked loose the forward portion but the aft portion is firmly in place.
