Bob,

Based upon the shape of the cabin dog house, 5 small opening ports in the
doghouse, wheel steering, shape of the stern pulpit, bow anchor platform,
masthead rig, reverse transom W/O built-in swim platform, full keel, & shape
of the transom; I would guess the boat is an Island Packet 350 or 380.

The 1st picture looks like he was trying to come about & almost made it
before the wave caused him to broach.  He never sheeted the genoa in on port
tack.  After the 1st picture, he's toast!

Why would someone be trying to claw off a lee shore with the only the genoa?
