Rummy,

I'm sure if Hank had enough money to buy laser levels that project an image
360 degrees; then, he'd have bought a boat in better shape that didn't need
so much work!

Seriously, I was trying to suggest ways to establish this reference plane
without buying exotic tools &/or spending a ton of money.

Hank is going to have to spend enough money on materials & other consumable
supplies to do this restoration as it is!
