As Wally said, in many places, with many different
points of view and theories.  I rather think that
your failure to respond to a call for credentials, 
and your tendancy to revert to puerile vilification 
is a clear indication of your lack of either desire 
or ability to engage in reasoned discourse.

associated with the Spanish Inquisition, the 
Salem witch trials, and other atrocities.

My 4-year-old great granddaughter reverts to "You're
stupid!" when she cannot find another way to respond
to a situation.  Were you severely traumatized when 
you were 4 years old?
