[Rhodes22-list] Back channel communications

Michael,

Oh great list administrator,

In the last few days, there have been several references to using back
channel communications (as below).  More, if you read Todd's comments on the
boat lift question.  Maybe your words of encouragement to keep things on the
list and not take too seriously the comments that fly would be appropriate,
even if some of the remarks were snide and inappropriate.

These all refer boat related questions.  The boat questions (albeit motor,
lift, etc.) are the real reason why we are here.

In truth, the motor question has been flogged a bit
lately.  That does not, however, excuse the crap
flying about your inquiry from a couple of parties.

There is some very useful info in the archives.
I suggest that you review the recent thread about
motors in the Rhodes 22 archives:

Please don't be too put off by the somewhat ossified 
positions taken by some proponents of a particular 
point of view.

You may find the addresses of some people who can be 
specifically helpful, and you may want to contact 
them off-list so you don't have to contend with 
overheated egos.
