[Rhodes22-list] I must apologize to the list.

Wally, I got the same GPS and I am having major battery life issues.  My log 
says 320 km but I am sure there have been a 100 miles of sailing done with 
the sucker shut down with dead batteries.  I have the 12 v plug in but then 
I cant run my cd player.  I had every single electrical peice of equipment 
go dead on me Saturday night at Midnight.  I was exactly in the middle of 
the lake with my Wife, Baby, dog, and a friend.  It was like a solor shower 
just drained everything with in a half hour.  I was wondering if you had the 
same issues.  I know when the batteries are about done because the unit 
shuts down when you push a button and poof, black screen of death.  Bob
