Ed, thanks for the wise advice. You are right. This business has been a
lot of fun and is comming along at a pace above my expectations. I don't
want to grow too fast and implode. Rental will be my next phase. Then I
hope to start surveying and brokering boats. It might become a full time
job at that time. Another thing I have been considering is hiring an
instructor away from my competition, he has expressed an interest, leaving
them with just one instructor. I am a little hesitent to take this step
since I would essentially be giving up some control of the direction of the
company. If there are any entrapeneural wizs out there who have Ideas,
