[Rhodes22-list] Genoa sheet will chafe

Even worse, the sheet could snag the Cotter ring and pull it out of the 
Clevis pin.  Then the shroud could let go.

I over compensate by rigging with all Clevis pin heads outboard, then duct 
taping around the turnbuckles covering the ring and pin, then jamming the shroud 
tubes to the rail covering the whole turnbuckle.
