[Rhodes22-list] Swing States

he right, my town gets back 2 cents for every dollar sent to the state and 75% of the town budget is the school system, Federal has 
very little roll in k-12, I know is sounds better to beat up bush, like arguring with a bunch of drunks, latch on to any issue.
