You cannot be a smoker to inflate a dingy...

The alternative is a 12-volt inflator...just ask Mr. Rummy.... My boat has
had more than one owner. A PO installed a 12-plug receptacle so I do not
have to wire directly to the battery. Nevertheless, if you need to wire to
the battery, just go to Radio Shack, they sell (or at least used to) a 12
receptacle with large alligator clips for the battery.
Thank you for the R22 question, in case you have not noticed, some on the
list have gone overboard on politics. What is more interesting is that Stan
has said that he is very busy. We all know that he has to get ready for the
Annapolis Boat Show, but is using his time writing political sermons.
I guess that Stan coming from Brooklyn, NY must have gotten into this
'Girlyman' thing because that group comes from Brooklyn. He must know their
parents or is fond of their Brooklyn music. Meanwhile, late at night when
Michael should have been asleep, he was listening to Arnold and it was
Arnold who brought up this 'Girlyman' subject. I guess that Arnold should
not have upset Stan. You hear that Arnold, do not upset Stan, he has boats
to build!

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Sailing Small -- Inflatable Dingy
Mary Lou,
Your chapter in Sailing Small is well written and informative.
I had one question for you or another member:
You mentioned an inflatable dingy is handy to get to shore when moored, but
how do you inflate it? I have one but it requires quite a bit of air to
inflate.
Signed,
Hot Air Gary
