Just my 2cents worst:
> -Bimini Top or Boom Room

I would go with the Bimini. But since the Rhodes has
end boom attachment, I went with 2 permentant bimini
supports. WM has the adjustable type which is easier
to set the back support & make adjustments. If you
keep a eye on WM close out each fall; you should be
able to get a bimini from them for under $300.

> -Solar Panel

I have 1 deep cycle with a 10w solar panel. Got it
also from WM. It's that kit that sale for around
$150. I mounted mine on the stern rail fixed to a wood
platform that I made.

I have foam cusions in my cockpit. That works for me.

I have the Mamga Grill mounted on the stern rail.

NOt really needed. Most of the time you will only be
fishing when you are at anchor.

> -110V hookup

Not needed. An extension cord will work at the dock
if you do need 110v.

> -Flush toilet vs pump-out connection.

Pump out stations are a PINA. Pota Pot works for me.
