[Rhodes22-list] Genoa too long for my GBI furling tube

Bob--
The Laser class uses sleeves to mend broken masts and booms. Why not extend
the furler tube with a sleeve of the same metal? A little epoxy, some metal
(maybe Stan could help) and voila -- longer furler
