[Rhodes22-list] Ice Out!

We got our dock in yesterday.  Woo Hooo!  Lake Minnetonka is quite low but
thankfully we're getting much needed rain now.  Next chore is a bottom paint
job (Can't wait to try out my new boat stands--no more cinder block
stacking) and hull waxing before we launch.
