	Actually there are people standing in line for Rhodes 22's, but I
will not go there.  If you and your wife are generally happy with the boat,
why even try to sell.  No matter what you do, you will never get back your
investment nor the boats true value.  You cannot get the same quality and
features on any sailboat for what you sell it for.

Thanks for the encouragement, it seems people are not standing in line for 
these, we have decided a year off this summer has taught us we will launch 
again in the spring if it does not sell , our bones ache to be sailing our 
Rhodes so I will see what comes of this at this price and next year is 
another thing, you are right, I see no point in new hull with these boat 
well kept and maintained this is a bargain, but still pricy for some, 
especially if they are new to the sport and are not sure the direction they 
are taking, is the wife really a crew member? is this really how i want to 
spend my time off etc.? we took this step as our third boat and after a week

sailing course together as a test.We passed, some may not.Good winds to you!
