Stan:

   When you forwarded the email the process of forwarding deletes the email
address of the original sender.  While her phone number is listed, I doubt
very many will phone her.  

    If you can look at the original email that you received, find her email
address and forward it to me, and I will email her instructions on how to
get on the list with her questions.
