New Brunswick (Ga)is across the causeway from St. Simon's island!!
I lived there as a travel nurse for three months, july through October
1995. You could get a sailboat rental. the island is full of old Live
Oaks hanging with moss. It is quite possibly the MOST romantic place I
have ever been. Unfortunately for me, I was there by myself and knew no
one. Read 40 books and went to the beach whenever I was off.
New brunswick is a papermill town and the smell is SOMEthing!!
To top it all off, Hercules may sometimes spit smell of a different kind...
much worse than papermill (honestly there is), for hercules is one of
three places in the world where they distill turpentine!

I just found out today that I'm going to New Brunswick, not Nova Scotia.
The Agent told me Sweetwater, NS but Sweetwater is the name of the club.
It's in the town of Fredericton, NB.  Agents!

It's on the St. John River a couple hours northwest of the city of St. John.
Too bad I won't be on the coast although if time permits I'll try to take a
day trip to St. John.  No, I speak no French.
