[Rhodes22-list] Topping Lift Tension

Bud,

Like Stan and Rummy said, generally none.  But in very light air I put the
traveler to whether to allow more twist in the main and sometimes I add even
more twist by putting just a little tension on the topping lift and raising
the boom a few inches.
