Brad,
Good sailing strategy. I don't think the boat includes trailer, but locating the bigger boat in warmer temps is what I do, yet have good sailing and portability near home. Maybe we should buy the boat among us and split the parts...

It has been my experience that the serious bidders
don't jump in until the last few minutes. I expect it
to go higher, maybe not. I really don't have the time
right now for another project but do have a place to
store it until the time is right. It's worth a
thousand dollars in parts. Down the road I'd like to
move my 30 footer to Gulfport and keep a R-22 for the
home waters - it is a much better boat for the wind
and water depth at Pickwick.
