[Rhodes22-list] Nucular Energy

I vote we give them one of our nuclear bomb.  Of
course it would need to explode once it got there:-)  

If Russia help them build a nuclear reactor; then we
will have the same problem with them that we now have
with North Korea.  Equipment like that should only be
in the hands of free nations; not dictators!!!!!
