[Rhodes22-list] Upgrade to a Seaward.

Glen,
I left the list this summer because I went on vacation for a month. I was  
also getting tired of the political crap, so the break was a nice one. My  
absence had nothing to do with the Seaward discussion. 
As I'm writing this, I'm looking up at the address and it's going to the  
rhodes22-list, not the Seaward list.
If I and several other owners had purchased McGregor's, I doubt that you  
would want that discussed on this list either.
