[Rhodes22-list] CB pics paint removal

CB  pics attached sorry for delay
 
 Do I need to remove ALL the paint?
 Is there a faster way than sanding that will not hurt the underlying 
laminate?
 After injecting epoxy into fissure, can i proceed with barrier coat or does 
this need to be a separate process?
