Wally.
That's the problem. There really isn't anybody you can trust 100%. The  waste 
needs to go bye bye, permanently. That is the only solution. I know, there  
are tons of it already out there that have to be dealt with, but why create any 
 more until you find a long term (longer than 10,000 years) solution to the  
problem.
