[Rhodes22-list] new owner

Sailors,
My wife an I have acquired a 1976 Rhodes 22 which has a sound hull, a recently replaced deck , the mast, boom, and the sails are in excellent condition. The boat did not cost us  dime but and it came with the trailor. 
That is all the good news.

The bad news is that the cabin is total crap, we will have to rebuild it. if you have any tips for us as we are new sailors, new boat owners, and new at remodeling a boat they would be greatly apperciated. 
We will be sailing the boat at Grand Lake St. Mary's in north west Ohio.
