Be nice, Rummy!   We are getting ready for an auction!  Having sold our 
house & having lived in the same spot for over 27 years.....well......Rod 
is even selling his fishing boat-----(says the only reason he uses it every 
year is to put the mooring buoy in in the Spring & take it out in the Fall)

We close & move within the next 2/3 weeks..........the whole neighborhood 
is going.......houses are being moved, bulldozed, etc.  (it ain't gonna be 
pretty & I want to be gone when they're tearing apart 
ours!)       Mary  (looking forward to sailing more this season)
