[Rhodes22-list] Sealant removeal

Funny the subject of CB's should come up right now... mine is stuck in the 
up position.. I suspect due to barnacles, but won't know until we pull it... 
there has been a lot in the past written about its maintenance... guess I'm 
going on a hunt!
