It's really quite easy to get off the list.  Simply go to
getmeoffthelist.unsubscribe.ihatethis.ihavetoomuchemail.i'mnotreallyasailor.

You'll have to reconfigure your LAN settings and your PPP settings as well.
Reset your DUCnCover dialogue and kill your previous connection. You'll have
to go into your system preferences and select the fuckThis icon and reboot
your GPS and your ISP.  You have the disk, right?  Delete your GOP and
download U2.  Import the new settings to your IUD and copy to your ASPCA.
Then the portapotty icon will explode in your face but you just have to deal
with it.   Then all you have to do is click your heals three times and say,
"There's no place like home."
