[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes22 Frappr Map

I just setup a Rhodes22 Frappr map for the list. I thought it would 
be interesting to see where everyone is.

It's pretty easy to add and remove yourself from the map, but if you 
have trouble, follow the same procedure Slim suggested in an earlier
