The same risk you take buying anything "sight unseen". It's had 7 years to be properly cared for, or abused. Keep in mind that MOST boats that are poorly cared for wouldn't rate that by the owners. Many people think that as long as you don't do anything deliberate to damage a boat, it's being "properly cared for".
Why not contact Stan, and have him refurb the refurb?
