How much rain have we gotten, so far?

Enough to completely fill my dinghy.  The first time this has ever 
happened.  It's so heavy I can't dump the water out, and it's raining 
faster than I can siphon it out.  My dinghy normally lives in the back 
of my truck.  Luckily, I took it out before it started raining, but I 
didn't invert it, thinking I would just be able to dump out the water, 
the way I always have.

Wrong.
