[Rhodes22-list] Lou's CB trunk almost done

I had a 5 hp 4 stroke Nissan on mine and never ran it at full power!

One day, having nothing better to do I voyaged from Gateway (Floyd Bennett)
around Staten Island and back.  Forty five miles.  All the time at 60% to
70% throttle I averaged better then 4.6 kts on the trip of which a
significant portion was against the wind and/or current.
