	On this list we try to spoon feed.  That is when you and/or give
specific references to web sites and give 'hot keys' to expedite the getting
their.
	I would be interested in the references that you are taking about.
Have you got specific sites?
	Maybe we can get Michael to add video clips as an approved
attachment.  Mr. Rummy keeps sending me video clips and imbedded photos like
Chris is trying to send.  I also get those videos and imbedded photos from
others who think I need education.
	Slim has found a way around the limitations.  Ask him to send you a
sample.

Try converting your word document to PDF. There is free software on the net
that will do the conversion.

 it not the size but how you use it, check with the
 wife :-) try to attach the photos as file attachment
 right to the email(as in a *.jpg) and cut an paste the
 text. what is happing attachment are stripped and if
 an "approveed type" like jpg a link will be added to
 the message, all html that is left is converted to
 text. *.doc is not on the approved list(only image
 types and pdf) -mjm
