Dave, I put that bulkhead mounted richie in a wash board and slide it in
where the door goes. Easy to see but accuracy suffers from the switch panel
being 2 inches below. Don't need accuracy just use it for racing. My
transducer is in the laz shooting thru the hull, no problems yet but again
it is not an instrument I need to rely on very much - It is a fishfinder
which I do use.
