[Rhodes22-list] Red Tide and Rita

We have a giant swell from hurricane Rita (12-18 feet), causing such a powerful aerosol from the present red tide that it is almost impossible to go outside without coughing until one pukes.
 
Who can I blame? Who can I sue? I'm gonna call Calypso Louie Farrakan and see if it isn't a conspiracy to get rid of a bunch of us poor old Mexican Types.....
