[Rhodes22-list] Broken Goose Neck

I have an IMF, which slides up and down the mast using a large
rectangular plastic block.
The boom attaches to this block with a U-shaped swivel and a bolt.
Today the bolt pulled
out of the plastic block - luckily this happened when we were putting
the boat up for the day.
Is the bolt simply screwed into the plastic block - or does it use a
washer and nut inside the
mast? I did not see or hear any loose hardware in the mast. I am
planning to re-attach it with
a lock nut and washer.

Also, there are two black sliders inside the mast at the bottom of the
mainsail.
Is the upper black slider supposed to...
  - be above the goose neck bolt
  - be below the goose neck bolt
  - be attached to the goose neck bolt
  - doesn't matter.

Thanks!
